OUR CARDS
We are a company based in beautiful Cape Town and we supply veterinary practices across South Africa with affordable quality printed bereavement cards they can use to send to their clients who have lost a pet. We offer our cards in packs of 12 per design ordered and envelopes are included. We have a selection available in English and Afrikaans. All cards are A6 in size either portrait or landscape. They each contain a carefully selected sympathetic message on the inside of the card. We offer free delivery on all orders over R650 saving you R85! MEET ECHO
The story behind ECHO Cards
Our Siamese cat Echo was our inspiration in creating Echo Cards. He was 19 months old when he became ill with a virus. He ended up having to stay in hospital for a few days and was fed using a feeding tube. Not knowing if our boy would pull through was extremely stressful for us. After a six day stay we were told we could fetch him. Wow what a relief. We were presented with a black & white 'Certificate of Bravery' for our boy. I felt really proud to receive this and it really meant a lot. I wanted to give back and being in print, I asked my designer to come up with a full colour design. We printed on a quality paper and I donated a hundred of these to my vet to say a big THANK YOU for saving Echo.
I liked the idea of the certificate so much, I subsequently printed a few more and donated to other vets in my area. One of the vets emailed me to say how much they appreciate the gesture and inquired about bereavement cards which they struggle to source. I asked my designer again to come up with a few ideas and that was the start of it all.
